Sew and Sow Side Pouch - £6+VAT
There are some brilliant tool pouches
available to buy, but they are usually
grey and utilitarian.
This Sew and Sow Side Pouch is designed for the garden or for the sewing room, and means you can be practical and still show off a fabulous print. The holster will hold secateurs or scissors, and there are a range of pockets to hold whatever tools you want to carry around. Just attach it to a belt, and you are ready to work!
This pattern has not one, but two videos on YouTube. The first follows along each step. It is free to watch on YouTube. You can watch it here. The second is a live sew, where I make the pouch using a waterproof canvas. It is available here.
This is a downloadable PDF pattern sent to your email, not a physical product, and cannot be refunded once purchased.

Every pattern piece is ready to cut out, but you also have measurements for if you prefer to cut rectangles using your favourite quilting rulers
You are shown three different methods of transferring the placement marks from your pattern to your fabric, so you can choose the one that you prefer
This pouch has been made in quilting cottons, but would also suit waxed cotton or waterproof canvas
There is no hardware required, although you could choose to use snap fasteners to attach the straps, instead of sewing
